This is my magazine cover I created on Adobe Photoshop.  I chose to use Eurosport magazine because I play and love soccer.  I have played soccer for almost my entire life, and to see myself on a famous soccer magazine would be awesome.  So using Photoshop, I made that dream become a reality.  I used the basic format for a Eurosport magazine cover to generate my cover.  Eurosport features products you can buy, and articles on current soccer events.  To create my magazine cover in Photoshop, I used the Rectangular Marquee Tool to select and move pictures I downloaded from the internet.  Using the Magnetic Lasso Tool, I was able to cut out a picture of myself with precise accuracy and move it onto the magazine cover.  The Magic Wand Tool allowed me to delete extra parts of a picture to fit the magazine design and make it look professional.  The Eraser Tool helped me get rid of the smaller areas that the Magic Wand Tool could not.  The Horizontal Type Tool allowed me to add text to the magazine cover to express what would be in the actual magazine.  The text, pictures, and effects added attracts the customer into reading the magazine, so that is why Photoshop editing is very helpful.
